AIRO Privacy Policy

AIRO ("AIRO", "we", "us") provides a mobile app that turns a photo you provide into an AI-generated talking video, or edits a photo you provide according to your instructions. This policy explains what information the app collects, how it's used, and who it's shared with.

Information we collect

Email address & password	To create and secure your account. Your password is stored as a one-way hash — we never store or can see your actual password.
Photos you upload	Used as the input for the video or image you ask AIRO to generate.
Text you write (descriptions / instructions)	Used to generate the dialogue, voice, and visual style of your video, or to guide how your photo is edited.
Generated videos, images, and job history	Stored so you can view, re-download, and share past generations from the app.
Purchase records (product purchased, date)	To confirm you've paid for a generation before running it. We never see or store your card number — Apple, Google or Paddle (website purchases) handle payment directly.

Who we share it with

AIRO uses a small number of service providers to actually generate your content and run the app. Each only receives the specific data it needs to do its job:

• Anthropic (Claude) — processes your written description/instructions to generate dialogue and prompts.
• ElevenLabs — converts generated dialogue into spoken audio.
• RunPod — runs the AI models (on GPU infrastructure) that generate your video or edited image from your photo.
• Cloud storage & hosting providers — store your uploaded photos, generated results, and account data.
• RevenueCat, Apple, and Google — process and verify in-app purchases. AIRO never receives your payment card details.
• Paddle.com — our reseller and Merchant of Record for purchases on the website (airoai.co). Paddle processes the payment, your billing details and taxes under its own privacy notice; we receive only a confirmation of what you bought and the amount.

We do not sell your data, and we do not use advertising or third-party analytics/tracking SDKs in the app.

Data retention

We keep your account data, uploaded photos, and generated content for as long as your account is active, so you can access your generation history. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time (see Contact below).

Your choices

You can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account and all associated data, by contacting us at the email below.

Children's privacy

AIRO is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Security

Data is transmitted over encrypted (HTTPS) connections and stored in access-controlled cloud infrastructure. Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text.

Changes to this policy

If we make material changes to this policy, we'll update the "Last updated" date above and post the revised version at this same URL.
